又快到一年一度移民局公布下一年移民配额的时候了，虽然确切的数据还没有出来，但移民部长近日在接受电台采访的时候说了："Three hundred thousand is now our new normal"

相信这对留学生来说会是一个好消息。经历了2015年和2016年的低潮，一切终于又恢复正轨了。
