萨省（SINP）大幅拓展职位列表
萨省的两个International Skilled Worker项目：1）Saskatchewan Express Entry，以及2）Occupation In-Demand，一直倍受海外申请人的关注。
其优势在于，不需要job offer（此处划重点）。
Saskatchewan Express Entry
已成功注册Express Entry
一年或以上大专或大学学历
过去10年中有1年符合要求的工作经验（需与所学专业相关）
有行业执照或许可（如适用）
存款证明
* 省提名通过后，可在EE中获得600分加分。
Occupation In-Demand
雅思成绩不低于CLB 4
一年或以上大专或大学学历
过去10年中有1年符合要求的工作经验（需与所学专业相关）
有行业执照或许可（如适用）

* 不与EE衔接，省提名通过后，纸质申请递交联邦。
SK EE和OID一直以来的难点在于对申请人的职位有着严格的要求。此次新政前，符合要求的职位仅有20余个，且大部分需要申请行业执照或许可。
根据SINP新公布的要求，申请人需有NOC 0, A, B类的工作经验。
与原本公布“符合要求的职位列表”不同的是，萨省此次公布的是“不符合要求的职位列表”（共129个职位）。
也就是说，只要申请人的工作经验符合NOC 0, A, B类的要求，且不在萨省公布的列表上，即符合申请资格。
